Tool description

High-productivity tool for series production in the automotive industry. 

    • Single-piece tool: integrates flank and head dressing sections. 

    • Module, pressure angle, tooth height, and profile modifications are embedded in the tool's design. 

    • Simultaneous dressing: allows the dressing of a complete grinding wheel pitch in one operation. 

 

Additional technical features: 

    • Integrated geometry ensures short dressing and setup times.

    • Optional rounding radius enables grinding of the tooth root. 

    • Compatible with different numbers of grinding wheel passes.

    • Minimum module approximately 1.0 mm / maximum module approximately 5.0 mm.
