Available tools

Type 100:

- Diameter from 1,850 mm
Type 100-01 (step drill):
- Diameter from 3,000 mm
Type 100-02 (countersink drill):
- Diameter from 3,000 mm
Tool length depending on diameter, up to 5,000 mm.
Single-flute drills with brazed carbide head (type 100) consist of three components:
- Solid carbide head
- Hardened steel shank
- Steel driver
The peripheral shape is optimally adjusted according to the material and hole requirements for your drilling task. On request, we can create special contours.
El diámetro de la herramienta no es ajustable para las formas G y EA después del acabado. The available options are:
- Form G: Universal contour, suitable for all types of materials, low hole straightness deviation, low tendency to clog.
- Form A: Tight hole tolerance, angular entry and exit holes.
- Form C: Universal contour, suitable for all types of materials, low hole straightness deviation, low tendency to clog.
- Form EA: Cross-hole drilling, angular entry and exit holes, tight hole tolerance.
By changing the cutting geometry, solid carbide drills can be optimally adapted to your requirements. A special open tip is recommended for difficult-to-machine materials and long chips.
The cooling hole designs are:
- Kidney-shaped: Up to D7.059 mm
- 2-hole design: From D7.060 mm
Standard coatings:
- TiN: Titanium Nitride
- TiCN: Titanium Carbonitride
- AlTiN: Aluminum Titanium Nitride
- TiAlN: Titanium Aluminum Nitride

Type 110: Carbide Drill
- Diameter from 0.500 mm

Type 110-01: Carbide Drill
- Diameter from 1.500 mm
Type 110-02: Carbide Countersink Drill
- Diameter from 0.800 mm
Type 110-03: Carbide Drill
- Available upon request
Tool length depends on the diameter, up to 700 mm.
The single-flute carbide drills of Type 110, connected by a brazed joint, are composed of the following two components:
- Drill head and shank made of carbide with a kidney-shaped cooling channel.
- Driver with a steel alignment pin.
This tool type is specially processed and highly durable due to its construction.
Available upon request as a fully solid carbide drill (Type 110-03).
The peripheral shape is optimally adjusted according to the material and hole requirements for your drilling task.
On request, we can create special contours.
The tool diameter is not measurable for G and EA shapes after finishing.
Available shapes:
- Form G: Universal contour, suitable for all types of materials, low hole straightness deviation, low tendency to clog.
- Form A: Tight hole tolerance, angular entry and exit holes.
- Form C: Universal contour, suitable for all types of materials, low hole straightness deviation, low tendency to clog.
- Form EA: Cross-hole drilling, angular entry and exit holes, tight hole tolerance.
TIP GRINDING: By changing the cutting geometry, carbide drills can be optimally adapted to your requirements. For difficult-to-machine materials with long chips, a special open tip should be used.

Standard Carbide Tip Grinding 1:
- Drill range: 0.050 – 4.000 mm
Standard Carbide Tip Grinding 2:
- Drill range: 4.001 – 12.000 mm
Cooling Hole Design:
- Kidney-shaped
Standard coatings:
- TiN: Titanium Nitride
- TiCN: Titanium Carbonitride
- AlTiN: Aluminum Titanium Nitride
- TiAlN: Titanium Aluminum Nitride

Type 120K: With short head
- From 12.000 to 35.000 mm
Single-flute drills with carbide cutting insert and carbide body of Type 120 are brazed and composed of the following components:
- Steel body made of hardened steel
- Carbide-coated cutting insert
- Carbide-coated guide tips
- Hardened steel shank
- Steel driver
