The GBA203 is a fully automated thread grinding machine with an integrated robot, designed to grind both right-hand and left-hand threads on taps and forming taps in the M1 to M25 range. High-dynamic linear motors help ensure relief kinematics.
Despite its compact size, the GBA203 ensures high productivity thanks to high-speed grinding technology (80 m/s), making it suitable for high-volume production of standard threading tools. The integrated profile calculation (soon with a 21" touchscreen panel) and the device-specific user interface enable short setup times.
