With its modular design, the newly developed GI50 thread grinding machine is suitable for a wide range of grinding applications, especially for grinding nuts for ball-type linear drives and horizontal threaded drives. Based on a mineral cast machine bed, the concept is a fundamental requirement for achieving the necessary tolerances in threads, end faces, and more. Gothic, RGT/trapezoidal/special profiles can be entered using the multi-touch panel thanks to the corresponding profile calculation software—no programming expertise is required.
