The MAG XT 525 Transfer Centers are the ideal solution for the complete machining of medium to large batch sizes. Chip-to-chip times of 0.5 to 1.5 seconds can be achieved since no unproductive tool changes are required.

The MAG XT 525 Transfer Centers replace multiple CNC machines due to their sequential machining capabilities. This significantly reduces both investment and operating costs.

EASY AUTOMATION

The loading and unloading of the MAG XT 525 Transfer Center are performed in a single step. A shuttle lifts the workpiece from the conveyor belt and places it in the work area. The mobile carriage deposits the workpiece into an empty space and then uses the pick-up procedure to take the new workpiece before the drawer closes and the process starts again.
