STRUCTURE: 1 or 2 brush stations with automatic workpiece transportation
TOOLS: Brushes for deburring and descaling with edge rounding; non-woven abrasives for surface smoothing and polishing
MACHINE TYPES: Mini-Centerless with tool diameter: 3 mm to 30 mm; Maxi-Centerless with tool diameter: 20 mm to 80 mm
APPLICATIONS: Ground control pistons, pistons coated with hard material, grooved shafts, pins and many more
CYCLE TIMES: Variably scalable; usually: 2 sec to 15 sec
COOLING LUBRICANT: Emulsion, oil, without cooling-lubricant
