The US-1779 system features a dual-roller flat platform for fast inspection cycles and is compatible with the specialized US-1839 probe, available for separate purchase. It occupies less space than other non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment typically used in wheel and brake shops, requires no chemical removal processes, and includes an operator-independent pass/fail alarm system. Additionally, it can detect smaller defects compared to other NDT methods, and bolts do not need to be grease-free for inspection.
