VERTICAL TURNING

Vertical turning is one of the oldest machining processes in the world. However, its full potential has yet to be realized. This technology ensures lower costs per part, thanks to the machine’s rigid design, as well as the workpiece spindle and the perfectly synchronized drive and guide system.

GEAR HOBBING

Gear hobbing is the most productive and cost-effective method for manufacturing gear tooth profiles on an outer diameter. In this process, the hob and the gear form a pair similar to a worm shaft and a helical gear. To produce the desired gear profile, the hob cutter, with a geometrically defined cutting edge, operates using an interrupted generating cut.

LASER WELDING

In modern automotive transmission manufacturing, laser beam welding technology is gaining prominence. For minimal distortion, laser welding often becomes the only viable option for assembly. The advantage of laser energy lies in its extremely high energy density and the resulting small heat-affected zone on the workpieces. Laser optics offer great flexibility for both spot welding and deep penetration welding, allowing multiple components to be welded in a single setup.
