We are the official and exclusive representatives of MAG in Spain.

High-Production Horizontal Machining Centers

Designed for high-precision, high-volume industrial applications, the MAG SPECHT series includes single-spindle machining centers featuring linear motor technology, delivering high dynamics and precision. The MAG XT 525 series, on the other hand, is a multi-spindle transfer center that replaces multiple CNC machines, combining the high speed of a transfer line with the flexibility of a machining center. Both are ideal for efficient production in sectors such as automotive.

MAG SPECHT:

  • Single-Spindle Machining Centers: Utilise a single spindle for cutting and shaping workpieces.
  • Linear Motor Technology: Enables fast and precise movements.
  • High Precision: Ideal for manufacturing complex parts with tight tolerances.

MAG XT:

  • Multi-Spindle Transfer Centers: Feature multiple spindles to perform several operations simultaneously.
  • High Speed: Combine the speed of a transfer line with the flexibility of a machining center.
  • Efficiency: Replace multiple CNC machines, enhancing efficiency and reducing production times.

MAG SPECHT CNC machining centers are ideal as interlinked multi-machine systems. They can also be used as a stand-alone machine and in manufacturing cells. The convincing feature of these single-spindle CNC systems is their modular structure, which provides maximum flexibility and makes them individually configurable. This enables the main spindle to be chosen from a selection of motor and gear spindles. A ball screw or linear motor drive can be used for the axis drive. MAG SPECHT CNC systems can therefore be ideally adapted to the respective machining requirements and surrounding infrastructure.
The new highly dynamic and compact MAG SPECHT 500 NG from the MAG assembly program can be used both in dry and wet conditions thanks to the optimized working chamber. Due to the very good accessibility of the workspace, you always have a view of your current high-performance machining.
MAG SPECHT DUO CNC machining centers are ideal as interlinked multi-machine systems. They can also be used as a stand-alone machine and in manufacturing cells. The convincing feature of these double-spindle CNC systems is their modular structure, which provides maximum flexibility and makes them individually configurable. This makes it possible to use ball screw or linear motors for axis drive. Unique axis compensation achieves the same precision as that of single-spindle CNC machines.
MAG XT 525 Transfer Centers combine the options and benefits of a transfer line with those of a CNC machining center. The entire work sequence is performed sequentially in a single setup once the device has used the pick-up procedure to collect the workpiece from the supply unit and clamp it. There is no need for unproductive tool changing at each step, since a separate spindle with the corresponding tool is available in the work area.
